How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Most items take 3-5 days while custom orders/items may take up15-25 days. If you need an item expedited please email us at shopcouturenow@gmail.com.
Most orders are shipped with 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using USPS First Class or Prioroty Mail.
Custom order may ship using another carrier such as ePacket, DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location and fastest available service.
Typical delivery time frame is between 3-5 days and for custom orders/items please allow 15- 25 days. You may receive your items much earlier.
All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will send a free return label to the email address on file. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shopcouturenow@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: We will only issue refunds for damaged or defective items. Items are video recorded and time stamped during packaging and shipping for both parties protection. Please check dimensions and size charts when applicable. If you are unsure please contact us for assistance.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, please contact us at shopcouturenow@gmail.com immediately to update. If the given address is wrong we can update within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
